About us
Pro Nursing Solutions provides a professional staffing experience to hospitals, nursing homes, residential facilities and other health care businesses throughout South Florida. As a licensed Health Care Services Pool and Nurse Registry Provider, Pro Nursing Solutions is able to supplement certified and licensed staff to any healthcare facility.
Our experienced multi-lingual personnel are in accordance with all Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) employment requirements and are eligible to begin working right away. All staff members are also in compliance with CDC and Florida guidelines regarding Covid-19 safety protocols. In partnership with Kid Care Respiratory Services, we can provide in-home geriatric & pediatric respiratory care.

Registered Nurse
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing – BSN preferred. Current Florida RN license BLS for healthcare providers, ACLS, PALS- Cardiovascular Life Support
Licensed Practical Nurse
Requirements: Must have a full, active and unrestricted license, as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in Florida. Minimum of two-year related work experience in a healthcare setting required. Verifiable current/active hands-on CPR Certification (Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record required.
Licensed Respiratory Therapist
Requirements: Current State of Florida License as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, RRT or Respiratory Care Practitioner in Critical Care, or RCPCC required. Current BLS and ACLS certification required from American Heart Association. PALS certification required with thirty (30) days upon hire. NRP certification required within sixty (60) days upon hire.
Nursing Assistant
Requirements: The CNA/HHA works under the close direction of nursing and medical staff to perform direct patient care to bedbound individuals. Responsibilities include: Assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring. *CNA license preferred
